MBL FARM liquefies and degrades all types of organic matter, performing a synergistic action on the maturation of the manure. By strongly attenuating unpleasant odors and stimulating biological nitrification, it reduces the concentration of ammonia and its fumes.MBL FARM is a biological activator in powder, composed of a mixture of spore-forming bacterial strains, which is used to metabolize bovine and swine manure (solid and liquid) and the superficial crust that forms on the surface of the accumulation tanks of the same manure.

MBL FARM keeps the litter dry and compact, eliminates bad odor, maintaining a healthier environment and extends the changeover times of the litter, allowing a considerable saving both in terms of work and in economic terms.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

It stimulates the colonization of the beneficial bacteria in the barn environment, which help maintain a healthy balance
The treated litter undergoes an increase in its transformation and maturation speed, by correctly regulating the nitrogen cycle and increasing its fertilizing properties

Dosage in Animal Bedding and Cubicles:

Use the powder product as it is, spreading it evenly, by broadcasting.

Activation dosage: apply 10 gr./m² of MBL FARM

Weekly maintenance dosage: add 5 gr / m² of MBL FARM to reinvigorate the initial microbial load. Apply the product preferentially in the most humid areas.

Dosage in the Floors (without the presence of the litter):

Dilute 1Kg of MBL FARM in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application.

Dose from 300 to 500 ml of solution for every m² of flooring (not disinfected) twice a week.

Dosage on the Grilled, Drainage Socket, Drainage Channels and Relaunch Tanks:

Dilute 1Kg of MBL FARM in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application.

Dose daily from 100 to 200 ml of solution on the grating, vents, channels or directly into the collection tank for each m³ of slurry produced by the farm.

Dosage on surface encrustation:

Dilute 1Kg of MBL FARM in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application.

Water the diluted mixture on the encrustations to be dissolved in the ratio of 1 lt. per m² of encrustation surface.

Repeat the application weekly for 2 or 3 times according to the thickness of the encrustation.

Use with a pH between 5.5 and 9.5 and with an ambient temperature between +6 and + 45°C.

Apply the product evenly in the system or on the surfaces to be treated, replicating the maintenance treatment regularly.
