DESCRIPTION
MBL FARM 300 is a biological activator in powder form, composed of a mixture of beneficial microorganisms in spore form and enzymes.
Beneficial microorganisms trigger a metabolizing activity of the organic substance, in this way, the organic mass, instead of undergoing a putrefaction process, will be partially transformed into humus.
This process will lead to a reduction in emissions of harmful gases (particularly ammonia) and bad smells.
The litter will thus be kept dry and compact, and it will therefore be possible to extend the litter replacement times, allowing for considerable savings in terms of both work and money.
It will also promote the colonization of beneficial bacteria in the environment, which will naturally counteract the development of pathogenic bacteria, thus improving the hygiene and health level of the litter and animal well-being.
The use of MBL FARM 300 contributes to reducing the environmental impact in agrolivestock farms, contributing to the hygiene of the environments, as well as improving
the living conditions of the animals and the working conditions of the operators.
MBL FARM 300 can also be used to metabolise bovine and swine dejections (solid and liquid) in storage tanks, as well as the superficial crust that forms on their surface.

Dosage in Animal Bedding and Cubicles
Use the powder product as it is, spreading it evenly, by broadcasting.
Activation dosage: Mix for every 100 lt. of litter (straw, shavings, leaves, chaff, husk, etc.) 150 - 300 gr. by MBL FARM 300.
Weekly maintenance: add 90 - 150 gr / m² of MBL FARM 300 to reinvigorate the initial microbial load. Apply the product preferentially in the most humid areas
Dosage in the Floors (without the presence of the litter)
Dilute 3Kg of MBL FARM 300 in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application. Dose from 900 to 1.500 ml of solution for every m² of flooring (not disinfected) twice a week.
Dosage on the Grilled, Drainage Socket, Drainage Channels and Relaunch Tanks
Dilute 3Kg of MBL FARM 300 in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application.
Dose daily from 300 to 600 ml of solution on the grating, vents, channels or directly into the collection tank for each m³ of slurry produced by the farm.
Dosage on surface encrustation
Dilute 1Kg of MBL FARM 300 in 15/20 liters of warm water, adding 1Kg of dejection, possibly blow in air and shake the mixture for 2-3 hours before application.
Water the diluted mixture on the encrustations to be dissolved in the ratio of 1 lt. per m² of encrustation surface.
Repeat the application weekly for 2 or 3 times according to the thickness of the encrustation.
CONDITIOND FOR USE: Use with a pH between 5.5 and 9.5 and with an ambient temperature between +6 and + 45°C.
Apply the product evenly in the system or on the surfaces to be treated, replicating the maintenance treatment regularly.
