Hydraulic wear-resistant oils of new formulation with characteristics not found in traditional hydraulic oils:

• Rapid separation of water without the formation of slime, foams or emulsions.
• High oxidation stability, and consequently longer life of the lubricant.
• High flash point, for the safety of the user and machines.
• Anti-foaming power in the presence of air infiltration in the system.
• Absence of sludge that may impede filterability.
• Low ash content, to break down carbonaceous residues at high temperatures.
• Anti-rust and anti-corrosion power.
• Low pour point which makes the exercise possible even at low temperatures.

VECTIS HVI

Version with high viscosity index, for a lower viscosity variation when temperature changes and therefore a uniform and continuous efficiency of the machines.
This type of product is also called "multigrade" and can be used when there is a considerable temperature range between the minimum starting temperature and the maximum operating temperature.

The "High Index" hydraulics are therefore to be used in outdoor plants, in mountain areas and in general in cold areas.
They have a flash point of 200-210 ° C, a viscosity index of 170 and are available in the following ISO grades: 32-46-68

APPLICATIONS

VECTIS ISO 10-22

Lubricants for textile industry, in the mechanical industry for fast machines with minimum tolerances and in general for fog lubrication.

VECTIS ISO 32-46-68

Hydraulic controls of machine tools, hydraulic presses, elevators, trolleys, earth moving machines, servo drives, hydrodynamic couplings.

VECTIS ISO 100-150

Cylindrical or conical gear reducers, air compressors and rolling bearings.

VECTIS oils are fully compatible with any metal and with all the elastomers normally used in machinery, with the exclusion of only natural rubber.

They aren’t compatible with detergents oils for engines, with fluids for automatic transmissions or emulsifiable fluids for metalworking.
