VECTIS AIR is a specific lubricating oil for compressed air systems. Prevents the condensation deposit in the various points of the system and the consequent oxidation
The viscosity and density values of the oil make the separation of the aqueous phase in the cup immediate and that the mechanical action of the compressed air can form an oily aerosol which covers the inner walls of the pipes and of all the connected kinematisms. (ex .: solenoid valves).
This allows optimal functionality and durability plant.
The formulation base consists of paraffinic oil of pharmaceutical grade with additives approved by the American FDA and this makes it also suitable for the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical sectors.

- It doesn’t decompose when in contact with water or steam.
- It is water repellent.
- It forms stable aerosols with high lubricating power.
- It blocks and prevents corrosion caused by rust.
VECTIS AIR as well as for the above-mentioned systems, is also ideal for automatic starters, pneumatic hammers, nail guns, shearing machines, bending machines for laundries, metal stamping machines (hot and cold), bottlers of the food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceutical.
HOW TO USE
Pour the product as it is directly into the glasses up to the recommended level.
Periodically purge the amount of accumulated water.
