It is product formulated to meet the demand for lubricating grease resistant to high temperatures.
The KEFLON GREASE consists of a special high boiling fluid and a thickened-organic feel.
The main features of the product are conferred by this high percentage of PTFE as an additive, thus obtaining a product with behavior and characteristics superior to those of normal greased infusions.

It is well known that the PTFE is the best dry lubricant which is available now, far superior to graphite bisulphate Molib-designations.
It is an additive which improves considerably the friction coefficient in presence of very high loads and remains perfectly intact and efficient even at temperatures above 400 ° C.
It lends  itself best used in vast temperatures and it is the best product for   the lubrication of the hot spots of many types of machinery.
The KEFLON GREASE is not suitable for high speed applications.

USE

The KEFLON GREASE, can be pumped,  applied manually using a spatula or common grease by hand, so decidedly more advantageous  with centralized lubrication systems.
The product is specifically recommended in such cases of
ï high temperature
ï high load resistance

Which represent critical parameters and in all cases where stringent requirements of strength and durability are required.
It is suitable for various uses in the steel, glass, ceramics, and brickworks, forging and casting industry as an alternative to the normal grease infusions.
It is particularly suitable for application on bearings and bushings of parts in continuous casting, ball bearings or roller conveyor furnaces, bearings and bushings for trucks operating in the kilns.
