DERKEMP BRTT is a specific detergent for use in wet tumbling machines.
It is a product with a very wide field of application and with important characteristics:
Biodegradable. The high quality synthetic components and the total absence of solvents make it usable without particular problems in relation to the disposal of the exhausted.

Cheap. The product contains a high percentage of active substance for which it can be used at very low concentrations. Already in doses of 100 gr. 100 liters of water performs its cleansing action and develops a considerable amount of foam that has the main function of keeping dirt and waste in suspension.

Anti-caking. The DERKEMP BRTT prevents tumbling agents (spheres, coniplasts, synthetics, etc.) from packing, keeping them clean from residues of pastes and contaminants allowing them to hit the pieces accurately.

Safe for the operator. The product doesn’t have unpleasant odors, doesn’t develop harmful vapors and doesn’t cause annoyance or irritation to the operators involved in the processing.

HOW TO USE

The different operating conditions greatly influence the dosages of the product.
The efficiency of the machine, the type of tumbling agent, and the type of contaminants that can coat the parts to be treated and which considerably reduce the effectiveness of the process are to be considered.
The guideline dosage for general applications in the mechanical industry corresponds to 150-200 grams of product per 100 liters of water.
In the jewelery sector, between 50 and 150 grams of product per 100 liters of water can be enough.
