DERKEMP EMUL can be added directly to the emulsion before it is discharged and replaced.
The product introduced at the beginning of the shift removes deposits and sediments without interrupting the operation of the machines.
DERKEMP EMUL also develops a sanitizing action that significantly reduces the presence of contaminants.

HOW TO USE

Add in the emulsion to be replaced, 0.25-0.75% of product (2.5-7.5 gr / lt) proceed with normal working operations.
After 8 hours at the most of treatment, discharge the emulsion, rinse and insert the new emulsion.

In the case of particularly heavy contaminations, it is advisable to first drain the exhausted emulsion, then clean the tub of metal scraps and filings and finally circulate an aqueous solution at 0.25% to 5% for at least 2 consecutive hours.

At the end, drain and proceed with a rinse.
Emulsions or solutions containing DERKEMP EMUL once the operation has been completed can be discharged and treated or disposed of by conventional procedures.
