Derkemp Mat P is a liquid degreaser for spray applications that can be used on various types of materials such as iron, steel, cast iron, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.
The solutions of Derkemp Mat P, if not rinsed, produce a thin invisible and water-soluble protective film on the surfaces.
The protection is for medium-short times in a covered warehouse, the duration is conditioned by variables such as:
- the quality of the material,
- the environmental conditions,
- the quality of the water used.
If necessary, the residues left by the solutions of Derkemp Mat P can be removed from a good rinse with only water even after weeks from application.
Derkemp Mat P is totally free of silicates and can therefore be used for the greasing of aluminum surfaces that subsequently have to undergo conversion or oxidation treatments.
The solutions of Derkemp Mat P don’t produce foam even in situations of great turbulence.
The concentrations can be easily controlled by means of a specific kit for easy and safe use.

HOW TO USE
Concentration: 1-5% depending on the degree of contamination and protection required.
Temperature: 40 ° - 80 ° C.
TITRATION METHOD
- Take 20 ml of solution.
- Add 3/4 drops of metilarancio indicator.
- Titrate with 0,1N hydrochloric acid until complete color change from yellow to red / orange.
