Liquid decarbonising paint stripper, with a wide spectrum of action, active on all types of paint and on carbonized encrustations of pistons, engine heads and various mechanical parts.

The product is composed of a mixture of NON-CHLORINATED solvents and catalysts which, although being particularly active against any paint and any carbonaceous encrustation, aren’t classifiable either as toxic or harmful.

Even in the presence of several layers of coatings, its action is progressive until the metal is laid bare.

The main features of the KEMPERSTRIP 2 are the following:

• It doesn’t contain chlorinated solvents, it isn’t acidic and has no corrosive action towards metals.

• It isn’t flammable.

• Doesn’t affect metal surfaces.

• Safe on any metal.

HOW TO USE

The KEMPERSTRIP 2 must be used as such exclusively for immersion and preferably hot.

The best results are obtained by using the product at a temperature between 60 and 80 ° C.

The layer which has a stripping action is the lower one, but in order to avoid the spread of solvent vapors from the lower layer, it is necessary to also present the surface oil layer which acts as a "cap". Before loading the stripping tank it is important to vigorously shake the stem in order to pour all the components of the two layers into the required ratio.

Completely immerse the pieces to be de-scaled and allow the product to act for the necessary time (from a few minutes to several hours). If necessary, help the action of. the product by acting on the surface with a stiff brush. To prolong the life of the product it is advisable to introduce a perforated basket into the work container. It will be used to collect and periodically remove the flakes of paint, thus removing them from a further and useless action of the product.

At the end of the work carry out an energetic rinsing with water. Consult the safety data sheet for safe use.

STORAGE

The product is kept in the original containers for a period of 2 years.
