DESCAL NEUTRO is a concentrated neutral formulation for the removal of oxides from the surfaces of various metals and alloys.
DESCAL NEUTRO is safe for operators as it doesn’t contain acidic caustic substances, such product having a neutral pH, doesn’t produce vapors even when in use.
DESCAL NEUTRO isn’t corrosive, it is non-toxic and non-flammable.
The use of DESCAL NEUTRO allows to solve substantially the problems related to the metal picking, avoiding the introduction of dangerous and corrosive substances into working environments.
Easy and immediate solubilization, the corrected concentration can be controlled by conducimetric analysis
It is used for immersion or spraying machines.
Used on iron removes rust, residues of welds and those derived from laser cutting, can also be used for the deoxidation of pieces output from the thermal deburring.
It removes corrosion residues from aluminum surfaces and its alloys providing a brilliant action.
It can also be used for copper deoxidizer treatment and brass.
DESCAL NEUTRO is used in aqueous solution and if spraying doesn’t produce foam.

HOW TO USE
As for each operation of pickling the surfaces to be treated must be clean from oils, fats and other contamination, which may restrict or prevent the proper contact pickling / surface solution.
Spray application: dilute the product to 3-5%, temperature 40 ° -50 ° C.
Immersion Application: dilute the product to 5-10%, temperature 20 ° -50 ° C, temperatures below 15 ° C may limit the action of the solutions.
The correct conditions of use must be determined on a case by case basis depending on the degree of surface oxidation and the specific requirements of the customer.
For the use of DESCAL NEUTRO solutions, carbon steel equipment is not recommended.
Stainless steel or HD polyethylene is recommended.
