KEMPERSOLV 24 is a degreasing solvent containing hydrogenated aliphatic hydrocarbons, free of elements such as sulphur, chlorine and fluorine, of low toxicity.

The product evaporates quickly, thus leaving the components clean and dry within a short timeframe. An essential characteristic of KEMPERSOLV 24 consists in its superior cleaning power that, as indicated by the Kauri butanol value, is significantly higher than the value of common petroleum-based solvents.

METHODS OF USE

KEMPERSOLV 24 is used as-is, as industrial degreaser instead of traditional chlorinated and aromatic solvents which are extremely harmful for men and, in some cases, even prohibited by applicable laws. The product can be applied manually, in ultrasound or mechanical washing machines of any type and, considering the fact that it is completely immiscible with water, we recommend leaving a thin layer of water at the bottom of the tank where scales are collected, that can be easily substituted when the content of pollutants is too high.

As it can be inferred from the boil-up rate, the components treated with KEMPERSOLV 24 dry quickly without leaving any oily residue that could create inconveniences for subsequent painting works. In case of particularly quick processing cycles, components can be dried almost immediately by blowing hot air on them. Please read the safety sheet for a safe use of the product.

STORAGE

The product is stored in the original containers for at least 5 years.
