KEMPHOS AD WET is a product to be used as low-foam detergent additive in both alkaline and acid degreasing solutions.
The regular use of KEMPHOS AD WET allows to obtain numerous advantages including:
- Increase degreasing baths in which it is admixed.
- Is possible to use in alkaline or acid solutions, lower number of products in stock.
- Being a controlled foam is optimal use in all spray applications.
- Because of its outstanding de-emulsifiers capacity prolongs the live of the solutions.
- Restore immediately the degreaser solutions lengthening the autonomy, reduce the discharges.
- It does not contain toxic substance harmful to humans, not aggravate the dangers of the solutions.
METHODS OF USE
KEMPHOS AD WET is generally used in conjunction with phosphate products or alkaline cleaners in spray equipments operating at temperatures not lower than 40°C.
At working temperatures lower than 35°C may occur formations of foam.
The concentrations are between 0,1-0,3% depending the degree of cleanliness required and the type of contaminations to remove.
