EPOX FILM is a product based on epoxy resins and pigments, which has as main characteristic the maximum resistance to atmospheric agents, fresh water and sea water, oils, greases and many chemicals.
The product has an excellent adhesive power in respect of metals, wood, ceramics, cement and plastics and presents, after drying, a surface of high gloss and with a surface hardness unequaled by any other type of paint.
EPOX FILM is suitable for painting walls, machinery, equipment, plants and piping in various types of industries such as mechanical, chemical, oil and food industries.

HOW TO USE
Pour the contents of part B into part A and thoroughly homogenize preferably with the special stirrer.
Dilute, if necessary for a spray application, with the specific diluent and then apply the product within a maximum time of 5-6 hours.
The surfaces must be clean, degreased and dry.
Sandblasting is recommended for metals.
It is necessary for the wood to be well seasoned and dry.
For cement it is advisable to ripen for at least 60 days, free of dust and moisture.
To obtain an epoxy coating that gives ample guarantees of durability it is very important to treat the surface with a suitable primer.
We recommend the EPOX PRC product for concrete applications and the EPOX PRIMER for metal applications.
