It’s a transparent two component epoxy varnish.  It has a low degree of viscosity and good qualities as filler for cement, concrete and mortar floorings, characterized by a poor starting roughness.

If it is used alone it acts as an antidust and an antistain, it is resistant to the action of the alkaline and acid substances as well as to the solvents.

It can also be used as a “primer” for the final treatment with EPOX FOOD (Epoxy glazing resin)

After the application it creates a bright film that gives a wet effect, it doesn’t yellow and it consolidates the cement structure.

It offers an economically interesting yield: 12 - 15 m2/ Kg

MODALITY OF USE

Make sure that the floor is free from humidity as much as possible and that it has been previously dusted.

The floors that present oil or grease stains must be scrubbed with special detergents, rinsed and they must dry naturally.

New industrial floor (cement) must mature for at least 30 - 50 days prior to application of  EPOX PRC.

Mix the resin with the catalyst according to the ratio above-mentioned and distribute uniformly it with the brush or roll.

After mix two component, the final product must be applied within 2 hours.

If you use this product as a “primer”, you have to wait 8-12 hours before proceeding with the epoxy treatment; if you use it as an antidust, the hardening requires 12-16 hours, and you can trample on it after 3 days (therefore only after this period of time you can have access with heavy charges)
