WELD CERAMIC is an anti-adherent protective product for welding equipment, containing a cutting-edge active principle, boron nitride, which allows obtaining excellent performances. WELD CERAMIC is totally free of silicone or active compounds that could interfere with following painting cycles. WELD CERAMIC is available in 400 ml spray bottle. The product, once applied, forms a dry ceramic layer with unmatchable properties:

• Anti-adherent: thanks to its high ceramic content, it forms a resistant film, strongly anchored to any metal surface, boasting exceptional anti-adherent properties. 
• Resistance to temperature: much higher than graphite, in oxidizing environment up to 800°- 1,000°C, in reducing conditions up to 2,000°C. 
• Chemical resistance: it boasts excellent chemical resistance towards most weld metals.
• Resistance to thermal shock: the film, once dry, is highly resistant since it does not tear or crack, even when subject to sudden thermal changes of hundreds of degrees centigrade.
• Conductivity: the film that forms on the surfaces boasts high thermal conductivity and no electric conductivity (the film is an excellent insulator). 
• Safe: boron nitride is classified as non-toxic and safe.

What are the applications of WELD CERAMIC?

• On torches for manual and automatic (robot) MIG/MAG welding
• Laser and plasma cutting, in particular to protect nozzle-tips and other sensitive parts.
• Protection of templates, vices and other accessories like electric cables, sensors, metal components and electrodes of spot welders.

What are the advantages in using WELD CERAMIC?

• It boosts productivity since a single application is extremely long lasting, e.g. in case of MIG/MAG torches, the product is applied every 4 to 8 hours. Production is interrupted with less frequency for cleaning or replacing materials.
• Significant saving on consumption materials, since they wear out less
• Minimum or no costs to clean the equipment.

1. Shake the bottle for 20-30 seconds until the internal ball is released.
2. Spray the product from a distance of 15-20 cm on surfaces, so as to form a light white layer, avoiding excesses. The surfaces are ready for use after 30-40 seconds.
3. Tilt the bottle and spray for 2-3 seconds to clean the nozzle.
