DERKEMP MAT is an alkaline degreasing product, with antioxidant action formulated for washing pieces in automatic jet, ultrasound or tunnel machines.

DERKEMP MAT has been additived with antioxidant components that prevent the formation of rust and various oxidations on the pieces before further processing.
This is a temporary protection so that, in the event of long storage or transport, the action of the product must be supplemented with more specific protections.

APPLICATIONS

The product is used for the cleaning of metal parts machined with machine tools and is in fact suitable for dissolving and eliminating the protective oils, both waxy and oily, the lubricants used for the preparation of lubricant-coolant emulsions and cutting oils..

DERKEMP MAT can be used for cleaning vehicle parts both in mechanical workshops and by scrap shops.

HOW TO USE

DERKEMP MAT should be used in concentrations from 0.3 to 0.5% bearing in mind that a reintegration of 10% is necessary for every eight hours of work.

The suggested concentration should be considered as a basis from which to start the tests to determine the effective concentration required which is greatly influenced by the washing temperature, the type of machine and the consistency of the contaminations.

The optimal working temperature is between 45 and 65 ° C and the best results are obtained respecting these parameters.
The product can also be used at room temperature, bearing in mind that, in the face of suboptimal results, it will be necessary to double the percentage of use and it will be possible to have excessive foam formation.

DERKEMP MAT  2

This product is a stronger and more aggressive version than the normal DERKEMP MAT.
It has been prepared for the most difficult situations and for pieces with very old and hardened encrustations.
For this reason the product can only be used for ferrous metals, as it is highly aggressive for aluminum and for yellow alloys.
