DESCAL 32 is an acidic reaction chemical product that performs in one operation more fundamental functions in the surface treatment of mechanical parts.

Degreasing. The product is able to eliminate all contamination present on pieces coming from previous operations, such as cutting oil residues, lubricants, coolants and various protective.

Pickling. The action is performed against all surface oxidations, both on non-ferrous metals and on not particularly deep rust, which can be eliminated without specific treatment.

Passivation. Particularly on ferrous metals, DESCAL 32 performs a slight phosphating that passes the surface and protects it from further unwanted oxidation.

DESCAL 32 therefore, with only one treatment, allows three different operations to be carried out, with considerable savings in processing times.
The product can be used on steel, cast iron, aluminum and yellow alloys.

HOW TO USE

DESCAL 32 can be used for immersion or for application on surfaces using a sprayer or a brush.

It is left to act until the incrustations are completely dissolved and a thorough rinsing is carried out with clean water.

To perform degreasing or pickling operations on any type of material, DESCAL 32 is used diluted in water with a ratio of 1 to 2 or 1 to 3.

To obtain a passivating effect on ferrous metals, it will be necessary to use higher concentrations or even resort to the pure product.

When using the product for immersion it is recommended to use a stainless steel or plastic tank.
