D-OX 70 is an acidic reaction chemical which, in a very ductile way, performs in one operation more fundamental functions in the treatment of mechanical parts.

Degreasing. The product is able to eliminate all contaminations on parts coming from previous processes, such as oil residues from cutting, lubricants, lubro-refrigerants, and various protective agents.

Pickling. It removes all surface oxidations on non ferrous metals and not particularly deep rust, which can be eliminated without applying a specific treatment.

Passivation. On ferrous materials, the product in its pure state or diluted at 50%, performs a light phosphatisation that passivates the surface and protects it from further unwanted oxidations.

Stainless steel polishing. To degrease, polish and confer a uniform effect to stainless steel equipment.

Electric pickling welds on stainless steel. It is effectively used as pickling liquid with the appropriate equipment in a very advantageous way as it is used on average at concentrations of 10%.

D-OX 70, with one single treatment, allows carryout out different operations with remarkable time saving. The product can be applied on iron, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium, yellow alloys, waterproofs tarps, and plastic.

HOW TO USE

Spray the product as is, evenly, directly on the parts to clean; leave it on from 5 to 20 minutes or longer, according to the contamination to remove and then rinse with clean water. For treatment inside tank, leave the parts immersed for the required time (15-20 minutes), then remove and rinse them through water spraying. The product must be handled with the foreseen PPE and the relative safety sheet must be read before use.
