The PRONEX WAX P is a temporary anticorrosive ready to use product that coats and protects the metal like a paint, but can easily be removed before the use of the piece treated.

The products waxy base proves to be an easy and versatile application since it can be applied directly, cancelling any phases of heating ( if environment temperature is up 25 °C) and dilution.   The physical state of fine atomization allows the product to reach in a very uniform manner complex areas due to form or arrangement.

PRONEW WAX P  forms a rather consistent layer (15-30 micron) that works as a barrier from corrosive agents, small abrasions or abrasive dust.

The product does not interact chemically with varied types of surfaces which it can be applied to, such as rubber, plastic, paints, chrome-plating’s, glass and aluminum.

The PRONEX WAX P is versatile and efficient for the prevention of rust for applications of long duration, for this it would be necessary to apply multiple  layers of the product until the protective thickness is achieved.

DIRECTIONS:

PRONEX WAX P can be applied by immersion, paint and sprayed (even with a manual atomizers at low pressure) and does not require dilution. Verify that the product is liquid.

The original containers must be carefully reclosed to avoid unwanted increase of viscosity on the surface of the product. To minimize the time of desiccation of the film, the pieces treated can be blown with air.

THICKNESS 30 micron: Apply 2 coats of the product obtaining excellent protection for pieces of exchange, tools and metallic parts of any type.

THICKNESS 15 micron: Apply 1 coat of the product obtaining excellent protection for mechanical body parts and carpentry non painted.
