Chemical product consisting of additives with anti-adherent and lubricating properties. A particular formula that has been tested for many years, allows operating safely during welding procedures to prevent smearing and facilitate welding without forming air holes and flaws.

•FREE OF SILICONES. WELD does not contain silicones, therefore it is highly anti-adherent but without prejudicing the adhesion of subsequent painting coats.

•FREE OF SOLVENTS. It does not contain solvents that may be irritating for the operator and it does not release any unpleasant fumes, also in case of high temperatures used for welding on two sides or on long sections. 

•NON FLAMMABLE. Considering the intended use of the product, this characteristic is definitely extremely important.

•LUBRICATING.  When sprayed outside the torch and inside the socket, it perfectly lubricates the wire, reducing interruptions for cleaning purposes. 

METHODS OF USE

The product must be sprayed in small quantity on the torch, inside the socket and on the parts near the edges to weld. Spraying an excessive quantity on components, in addition to be pricier, it does not improve the performances and may cause air holes. The bulk product must be diluted with water before use and the recommended concentration ranges from 10% to 15%, according to the complexity of the task. The solution is then sprayed using nozzles for liquids, able to form a mist of product as micronized as possible. 

WELD READY

For the operator’s convenience, the product can also be supplied in READY version, which does not require dilution since it is ready for use. In this version, the product also boasts good cleansing properties that may be useful for workshops.

WELD SPRAY

The product is also available in a 400 ml bottle. When using the product in this version, we recommend spraying from a distance of 20-30 cm, keeping the bottle in vertical position. Shaking the bottle before use or cleaning the valve at the end of the applications is not required.
