BIOSAN WASTE is a concentrated deodorizer with sanitizing action for waste bins, painted or unpainted.
The product doesn't contain solvents or aggressive components for the epoxy paints normally used and can therefore be used without problems of undesirable anti-aesthetic attacks.
Its ability to reduce the bacterial load of the treated surface is due to the presence of
- Glutaraldehyde and Didecyl
that suitably conveyed by means of low volatility substances are able to act inside the box for the time necessary for the elimination of microorganisms responsible for the decomposition of waste with consequent elimination of unpleasant odors.
The sanitizing action after washing allows to improve the microbiological safety of the box especially during the summer months.
The effectiveness of this mix of active ingredients is particularly extensive and covers gram positive and negative micro-organisms, sporogenous species, molds and fungi.
Lastly, the calibrated quantity of terpenic oils contained provides a noticeable and unpleasant deodorizing action for operators and users who interact with the treated equipment.
USE
Use for sanification and deodorization in the following cases:
- Waste containers washing plants
- Waste containers, both urban and industrial
- Waste bins for recycling
- Vehicles for waste transport
- Landfill facilites
The product should be used only after downloading the refusal, degreased and rinsed the plant or the container and, in the case of manual operation, only after the operator has worn the PPE recommended in the safety data sheet.
HOW TO USE
The product is used pure by nebulizing it as finely as possible on the surfaces to be treated and inside the bins.
The most rational way to apply the product is represented by the use of special spray systems which, operating automatically, do not require manual intervention by the operator.
As far as the dosage is concerned, we recommend 1.5-2 cm3 of product per waste containers.
