BIOSAN WASTE is a concentrated deodorizer with sanitizing action for waste bins, painted or unpainted.
The product doesn't contain solvents or aggressive components for the epoxy paints normally used and can therefore be used without problems of undesirable anti-aesthetic attacks.

It is a specific algicide for treating waters used in (open or closed) thermal exchange circuits. Its active principle does not corrode metals, it can be used in alkaline and acid solutions and it is not volatile therefore it does not transform into vapour. It does not interfere with chelating and anti-corrosive additives generally used for water treatments. 

In circuits with high turbulence, it can be applied in any dose since it does not generate foam.

BIOSAN CLOR is a degreasant boasting high sanitizing properties, thanks to the active chlorine contained in it. Its wide operating range makes it suitable on Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, viruses and moulds. At ambient temperature, the product’s fresh water solutions boast application times that range from 10 to 15 minutes; at 50ºC, these values can drop to 5 minutes (depending on the micro-organism to eliminate) thus being more effective on spores. It is easy to rinse since it does not contain any surface- active agent, therefore this phase is faster and more price-effective. The product is ideal for: slaughterhouses, factories producing meats and salami, dairies, fish shops, cattle, pig and bird farms, clinics, healthcare facilities, and municipal waste facilities. Excellent for cleaning companies, canteens, hotels and tourist facilities; it is recommended to sanitize and deodorize washrooms of campers and trailers, and public washrooms.

BIOSAN CLOR P is a powder degreaser with an accessory sanitizing action thanks to the presence of an active chlorine donor.
Its spectrum of action is such as to make it active on Gram + and Gram- bacteria, on viruses and on molds.
At room temperature, the fresh aqueous solutions of the product have contact times ranging from 10 to 15 minutes; at 50 ° C these values are reduced even to 5 minutes (depending on the type of microorganism to be eliminated) as well as acquiring even more sporicidal activity.
Contains low-foaming surfactants that are easy to rinse and require less rinsing water consumption.

The product’s active substance is a cationic polymer containing nitrogen, with molecular weight of approx. 1000, chemically classifiable as hexamethyl chlorophenyl biguanide- digluconate. It is a powerful biocide on a large number of bacteria, yeasts, fungi, and algae, also in low concentrations. 

BIOSAN CLOREXIDIN exploits the properties of the basic active substance, therefore it is a sanitizer suitable for many applications in the food industry and is extremely versatile thanks to some peculiarities:

BIOSAN K is a powerful sanitizing in the form of pill (700 g each) with a basis of paraformaldehyde. Acts against pathogenic microorganisms and viruses exploiting the direct action of heat obtained following a slow combustion. During this process of fumigation,each pill comprises 300 liters of formaldehyde in a constant and continuous way, ensuring, for about 4 hours, a stable concentration of vapors. As this gas is anhydrous and lighter than the air, it spreads evenly in the close room. The result is therefore a deep and prolonged capillary disinfection of the environment.

The effectiveness of the Biosan PBG 2 due to its active ingredient, polybiguanide, allows substantial remediation both in the food industry and in the sector of the treatment of aeraulic systems.

In the food industry it is used for the internal and external sanitization of mixers, tanks, and equipment in general. In processing meat and vegetables for the treatment of worktops, tools, tritars, cold rooms.

In the dairies for the sanification of the maturing areas, the molds and the cold rooms.

Is a broad spectrum disinfectant particularly indicated for the treatment of water intended for human contact.

The active ingredient used is the hydrochloride poliesametinbiguanide

METHODS OF USE

 

Prepare a water solution with 3-5% of product (30-50 gr of product in a litre of water). Clean the surfaces and equipment to treat using disposable paper tissues to remove most of the dirt. Spray BIOSAN RAPID solution and let it settle for 3-5 minutes, then rub the surfaces using disposable clean paper tissues and rinse, if required.

The graph shows the difference of polluting load in case of single sanitizing, cleansing treatment at the end of the day compared to a repeated application of BIOSAN RAPID.

The product must be used at regular frequencies or when the dirt accumulated on the surfaces is significant. At the end of the working day, carry out regular cleansing and sanitizing procedures.  The product is also available in scented version for applications other than food facilities.

NEO OPP is an environmental fumigant in the form of a tablet (weight 600 g) containing 2-phenylphenol (orthophenylphenol). The action against pathogenic microorganisms is expressed through the heat generated by a slow and controlled flameless combustion. During this fumigation process the heat produced allows the development of the orthophenylphenol in a dry gaseous form. The process ensures a constant and uniform release of gas for a period of approximately 3 hours. The developed gas is able to spread uniformly throughout the closed environment subjected to the fumigation process.

The water in a pool is a very favorable environment for the proliferation of numerous pathogenic microorganisms belonging to the classes of bacteria, fungi and viruses. They can proliferate in an abnormal manner, causing viscid sedimentation and clouding. An effective elimination of all these micro-organisms is now easily achievable by sanitizing the pool with chlorine-based products. The optimal concentration value for the residual chlorine must be between 0.4 and 0.6 mg / liter, without ever exceeding the value of 1 mg / liter. With products based on stabilized chlorine, in addition to making manual skills possible without danger, high and constant concentrations of active chlorine are obtained, almost no influence on pH and stabilization of free chlorine even in the event of storms and high water temperatures by action of the solar irradiation. The indicated dosages are only indicative as they depend on the number of bathers, the depth of the pool, the water temperature and the rainfall frequency. It is therefore recommended to frequently check the percentage of chlorine using the appropriate: TEST-POOLS. It is a simple analyzer, convenient and quick to use, that in a few moments gives us the percentage of chlorine and the water pH value
