ANTIFOAM P is a product specially formulated for the control of foam formation in recycling or spray washing systems.
ANTIFOAM P is totally free of silicon or more generally oily compounds, therefore it is particularly suitable as an additive in pre-painting plants.

ANTIFOAM P doesn’t leave residues on the surfaces as it is completely rinsed with water, so it is recommended in the food industry where some processes can create unwanted foam formation due to the presence of contaminations and / or the strong turbulence.

ANTIFOAM P, due to its particular composition, begins the antifoam activity from temperatures of 25 ° -30 ° C minimum.

ANTIFOAM P used in the correct ways allows the proper control of the levels in the tanks containing the solutions and avoids possible cavitation phenomena of the recycling pumps.

ANTIFOAM P has excellent chemical stability and can be used indiscriminately in both acidic and caustic solutions.

ANTIFOAM P is presented in liquid form and can be easily dosed both manually and automatically using specific dosing pumps.

HOW TO USE

Add ANTIFOAM P directly into the solutions. The optimal concentrations range from 30 to 600 mg / l according to the operating conditions and the tendency to foaminess of the system.

In case of use in food industries it is necessary to perform a substantial rinsing of the surfaces.
