ANTIFOAM is a range of products intended to eliminate or minimize any type of foam.

 

 

ANTIFOAM NoSil

 

It is a non-silicone, extremely active product, able to eliminate any type of industrial foam caused by detergents, degreasing solvents, chemical products and soaps. The product is silicone-free, therefore it is the only solution available to eliminate foam in painting booths. It is used in concentrations between 0.1-0.5%, but practical tests

ANTIFOAM  FOOD is an antifoam product in water emulsion made with raw materials of food grade vegetable origin, specifically developed to eliminate and prevent foam that may be generated in some processes typical of the food industry.

The product is suitable for accidental contact with food. The product specifications render it suitable also for production processes of animal feed. The operating principle consists in the formation of a thin layer of product able to eliminate the surface tension of foam bubbles in order to reduce their size until they completely disappear. The use of non ionogenic ingredients renders the product inert against the active principles of detergents or sanitizers implemented in washing cycles. The possibility to pump ANTIFOAM  FOOD allows dosing the product with automatic systems. The product’s components are approved by the US FDA.

ANTIFOAM P is a product specially formulated for the control of foam formation in recycling or spray washing systems.
ANTIFOAM P is totally free of silicon or more generally oily compounds, therefore it is particularly suitable as an additive in pre-painting plants.

ANTIFOAM P doesn’t leave residues on the surfaces as it is completely rinsed with water, so it is recommended in the food industry where some processes can create unwanted foam formation due to the presence of contaminations and / or the strong turbulence.

ANTIFOAM P, due to its particular composition, begins the antifoam activity from temperatures of 25 ° -30 ° C minimum.

ANTIFOAM P used in the correct ways allows the proper control of the levels in the tanks containing the solutions and avoids possible cavitation phenomena of the recycling pumps.

BIOSAN OPP is an environmental fumigant in the form of a tablet (weight 600 g) containing 2-phenylphenol (orthophenylphenol). The action towards pathogenic microorganisms is expressed through the heat generated by a slow and controlled flameless combustion. During this fumigation process the heat produced allows the development of orthophenylphenol in a dry gaseous form. The process ensures a constant and uniform release of gas for a period of approximately 3 hours. The developed gas is able to spread uniformly throughout the closed environment subjected to the fumigation process. The result is an aerial treatment, deep and capillary because the color of the smoke also performs the function of marker allowing to verify that the entire volume of the environment is treated. The energetic action combined with the speed and simplicity of application and the absence of incompatibility with most materials make the BIOSAN OPP an economic, versatile and high-level treatment.

DERFOOD are strongly alkaline detergents with additives with an insulating and emulsifying action. They are characterized by a remarkable penetrating power in respect to dirt, as their active components easily manage to wedge between the surfaces to be cleaned and the sludge, facilitating the detachment and their peptation. They contain dosed quantities of special sequestrants that allow their use with water of any hardness. They are therefore products specifically indicated for the removal of encrustations and for the solubilization of the cremor tartar which, as known, during its deposition incorporates mucilaginous substances and clarification residues which act as protectors against the incrustation itself and which are easy receptacle of pollution and diseases such as cue, turned, stringy, etc. DERFOOD also contain very effective blast chillers which are formed as a result of the saponification of the organic substance and special surfactants which allow a safe rinsing with low amounts of water.

Neutral and odorless detergent, specially formulated for manual applications in the food industry.
Suitable for inclusion in the planned protocols H.A.C.C.P.
Effective in the removal of fat and protein substances (both animal and vegetable), sugars, starches, etc. through a combined process of emulsion and solubilization capable of extrinsecating even in depth thanks to the high wetting and penetrating power towards the residues to be eliminated.

DESCAL 21 is an acidic reaction product specifically developed for the treatment of a wide variety of marble, both white and colored.

The product allows to overcome the problem of mechanical sandblasting both for large surfaces or small items.

In these cases DESCAL 21 allows full autonomy to the small to medium marble cutter avoiding the transport of semi-finished products to companies specially equipped for traditional sandblasting operations.

Reducing transport costs is a minor waste for the risk of breakage, which inevitably takes place during handling. It is not suitable for granites.

DESCAL 21 X completes the series of our antique-finish products, allowing to effectively extend this type of treatment known as sandblasting, to many different types of marbles and stones of mainly calcareous type. The experiences gained in the surface treatment of marbles and stones show that the nature of the stone, its origin and geological age boast a key role in achieving a good chemical antiquing result.

The product allows to overcome the problem of mechanical sanding both for large surfaces and for small parts or products. In these cases DESCAL 22 allows full autonomy to the small - medium marble worker avoiding the transport of semi-finished products to companies specially equipped for traditional sandblasting operations. The peculiarity of the product allows to obtain a surface with very dense and precise irregularities. The treatment with DESCAL 22 minimizes the whitish residues after treatment that are characteristic of other products allowing the elimination of the brushing. It isn’t suitable for granites.

USE

  • Absorption of any chemical that escapes during tank loading and unloading operations.
  • Absorption of any chemical that escapes from greasing or pickling plants.
  • As a protective mat under annoying losses of chemical product, under cisterns, containers or baskets.

 

Insert the pillow under the source of purging or dispersions of valves, fittings and equipment that have losses.


DESORB 5001 prevents the chemical from dispersing on the work floor, keeping it clean and making the environment safer and more productive.


The absorbent starts working immediately and continues until it is completely saturated.
When the product is completely saturated, place it in a container and dispose of it according to the regulations for the pollutant.

DESORB B, dry absorbent, is a specific product that allows the complete absorption and neutralization of sulphuric acid. It is not harmful for the soil, cement, asphalt or any other type of pavement.

Water soluble tablets based on bacterial spores, enzymes and nutrients able to develop an aerobic and anaerobic degradation microbial flora.

The particular blister system allows better storage and dosage of the product. After having thrown a STARTER tablet into the exhausts, the optimal nutrients for the awakening and the growth of the bacteria that spread in the environment are released.

STARTER allows to pilot the random biodegradation present in wastewater canalization systems consisting of: wells, drains of showers, tanks, sinks and toilets. It can also be applied to control the formation of bad odors at waste collection points.

The product shows great efficiency,  ease of use and duration of actions.

The mechanism of action is based on all the sense highly developed of taste and smell of pigs for cancel the desire to bite.

TAIL CONTROL  acts on two very sensitive centers of perception of the animal

  • Taste:  has been inserted into the product a substance considered among the most unpleasant known. This substance is safe for the pig but it is also disgusting too.
  • Olfaction:has been inserted into the product a disgusting food flavoring for the pig. So after first treatment, the pigs,  recognize the smell and they learn that if they continue in their efforts to bite also feel the disgusting taste too, much more annoying.
