HOW TO USE
KEMPERSOLV DEG is used as an industrial degreaser to replace the traditional chlorinated and aromatic solvents which are normally very harmful to humans and therefore gradually being eliminated.
The product can be used manually, in ultrasonic washing machines or in mechanical washing machines of any type and, considering that it is completely immiscible with water, it is advisable to leave a small layer of water on the bottom of the tank in which the residues are collected degreasing and which can easily be replaced if too much polluting.
As can be seen from the evaporation rate, the pieces treated with KEMPERSOLV DEG dry quickly without any oily residue that could give
convenient for subsequent painting operations.
If it is imposed by particularly fast processing cycles, an almost instantaneous drying can be achieved with a jet of hot air.
