Fast drying primer based on activated zinc phosphate, modified alkyl resin with phenolic resin, specific as a primer for painting iron, steel and aluminum alloys, both for interiors and exteriors.
- Dries quickly. The painted piece can be manipulated after just 10 minutes and it is completely dried after 90-120 minutes.
- Maximum adhesion of the film to the support.
- Economic. With a thickness of 50 microns, 9 sqm / lt are obtained.

Binder: alkyd resin: 27%
modified with wood oil, linseed oil, phenolic resin, super-phenolic resin.
Pigments: Activated zinc phosphate: 12%, titanium bioside, carbon black, yellow oxide, bleu phthalocyanine.

HOW TO USE

Clean, degrease and dry the surfaces to be treated carefully.

Apply the product by spraying or brushing, diluting with a synthetic diluent to obtain the expected viscosity. To increase the thickness, and therefore the protective power, it is advisable to apply the second hand at a distance of at least 30 '.Drying times depend on environmental conditions.
Preliminary tests must be performed to check the compatibility between the KEMPRO FZ film and the final coating.
