FEATURES PDF
KEMPRO FILM is a monocomponent enamel based on acrylic resins, to be used as a finishing paint product.
The product is easy to use and, without requiring the laborious preparation of the bicomponents, has excellent resistance to corrosive agents and, in some cases, can also be used without the prior application of a primer.
There are several characteristics that make it an interesting product:
It can be applied directly on the surfaces, provided they are free from rust, grease and old paints, without it being necessary to prepare them with specific treatments or gripping: it constitutes a complete painting cycle by itself. (For this use it is however recommended to carry out compatibility tests).
Thanks to its basic components, it forms a particularly compact and continuous film that resists corrosive environments and is
still very good on metal, concrete and wood surfaces.
It is the ideal covering for machinery, metal structures, pylons, cranes, construction machinery, railings and in general for those structures that must be outdoors or in particularly aggressive environments.
HOW TO USE
KEMPRO FILM is extremely simple to use because, being a monocomponent, it doesn’t require any particular mixing and can be applied, with good yields, by brush, spray or roller.
Any dilutions necessary for spray application (20-25%) should be used for a nitro or synthetic paint diluent. After drying it has a uniform, semi-gloss and aesthetically very good surface
