The painting of galvanized metal has always been an operation to be carried out with specialized products and paying considerable attention to the execution of the work.
A specific anti-rust primer is required, of good quality and on very recent galvanizing and therefore still "glossy" it may be necessary to roughen the surface with a chemical or mechanical action.

With KEMPRO Z many of these problems are avoided: the product is a single-hand enamel for painting galvanized iron products.
It is a monocomponent and thermoplastic acrylic resin.

After drying it shows a uniform, glossy, unreachable surface from the aggressive chemicals present in the most polluting atmospheres and with exceptional anti-corrosion properties.

The KEMPRO Z, in addition to galvanized iron, is perfectly applicable on aluminum and all its alloys.

HOW TO USE

KEMPRO Z can be applied on any galvanized or aluminum surface. It can be sprayed with an airless system, with a normal spray gun or even with a brush. Only a good anti-fog nitro can be used as diluent.

The product can be applied on galvanized products without using a specific primer.
It is very important that not all galvanized surfaces can be treated directly: un-seasoned galvanizing, or very bright, they must first be pre-treated with acid-reacting degreasers to create the necessary "gripping tooth" for a good anchoring of the enamel. In any case it is essential, before painting, a degreasing at the bottom of the piece. It is advisable to always carry out sample tests to check the compatibility of the product.

DRYING TO 20°C = 15 - 20 minutes

THEORETICAL YELD = 13 -15 mq/Kg for a dry film thickness of 20 microns.

COLORS = White, Black, Brown (Ral 8017), Dark green (Ral 6005).
