MASTER PRE DIP has been specially developed for the cleaning and hygiene of cows nipples before milking. In order to maintain the microbiological quality characteristics of milk, which also determines the commercial value, it is indispensable to prepare the milk and nipples milking room before the milking application.
The nipple may have traces of high-bacterial dirt (feces, organic material, urine, etc.) coming from the litter or from the animal's outdoors.
MASTER PRE DIP is effective against microorganisms such as streptococci and staphylococci, which are the usual bacterial flora that populates the endpoints of the milking channels. It also allows you to control the development of fungi and yeasts.
The careful pre-milking application allows in one step to cleanse the outside contaminants and sanitize the nipple.
MASTER PRE DIP is recommended in all livestock farms where milking operations are carried out (cattle, buffalo, goats and sheep).
MASTER PRE DIP contains a compound of emollients and wetting agents that make the detergent action against the epidermis safe and non aggressive.
SAFETY
The product is devoid of risk symbols, (according to EC REACH / CLP Regulation. Contains cosmetic grade ingredients.
USE MODE
- The product should be diluted with drinking water between 0.5% and 2% (from 50g to 200g for every 10 liters of water) depending on the nipple insane status.
- Prepare the fresh solution, avoiding any storage for more than 12 hours.
- The use solution can be nebulized in complete safety on the breast and nipples (starting from above) with the special dispensers equipped with modern implants.
- Remove any macroscopic residues using clean wipes (we recommend losing paper).
- Reapply the solution with rinsing function, dry, remove the first jets of milk then apply the milking machine.
