FEATURES PDF
BIOSAN GLUTAL is a sanitizing agent based on three active ingredients: DDAC Didecyl Dimethyl Ammonium Chloride, isopropyl alcohol and glutaraldehyde
The synergy liberated by their combination allows to obtain a good bactericide, virucide and sporicide power.
The pH of solutions, at usage concentration settles in the range of 7,5-8,5 which is the best for the functionality of glutaraldehyde, while the special anionic surface-active contained, besides removing the organic dirtiness, controls the development of the foaming-agent power.
It’s doesn’t attack the surfaces and it is easy to dilute, to apply and to rinse.
It is highly recommended in intensive breeding of hens, turkeys, cattle, swine, rabbits, goats and horse.
It is the best also for kennels and veterinary clinics (community stable, quarantine and stud rooms).

RATE OF USE
The product must be used only after moving away the animals and after the operator has worn the D.P.I. recommended in the safety data sheet.
1a phase: remove the bedstead, the fecal and food residuals and all solid dirtiness. Keep away the wood-floor and the grate.
2a phase: degrease and sanitize with a solution of BIOSAN SP with a 1% concentration in order to degrease very well the floor, the walls and the fittings. Submit the wood-floor and the grate at the same treatment.
3a phase: rinse with water (with good igienical quality).
4a phase: sanitize with a aqueous solution of BIOSAN GLUTAL with a 0,5-2% concentration.
5a phase: start the new breeding cycle after two hours from treatment.
It is advisable to treat in the same way all the equipment used for the cleaning of the stables, paying attention to the sole of the boots used by personnel.
