DESORB 6003 has an exclusive property that makes it unique: it absorbs oil without absolutely absorbing water.
Its microscopic synthetic fibers, in fact, create inside a structure with alveoli able to absorb the oil by capillarity while allowing water to flow.

DESORB 6003, made of 120x7 cm tubulars, is made of polypropylene microfibers with a double-wall structure, which guarantees a long life and a high resistance to tearing. Each tubular absorbs up to 4 liters of oil and continues to float even if completely saturated.

USE

• Absorption of lubricating oil incorrectly introduced into tanks containing water-based liquids, streams and watercourses.

• Separation of the oil from the water during the repair of refrigerating appliances.

• Elimination of oil from tanks for fluids that can be easily polluted by petroleum products.

• As a protective mat under annoying oil leaks, even outdoors.

NB: The absorbency of DESORB 6003 varies considerably depending on the viscosity of the oil.
