FORKAL ANTISCALANT is a concentrated mixture of syntetic polimers and organic sequestrants in liquid form, used to prevent scale deposition in heat exchangers.

FORKAL ANTISCALANT have highly effective threshold scale inhibitiors with excellent thermal stability.

FORKAL ANTISCALANT forms a sospension of the salts and prevents scale formation on the heat conducting surfaces.

The product can be used to remove existing scale deposit.

The constant use of the product minimizes acid cleaning.

METHODS OF USE

FORKAL ANTISCALANT must be introduced by means of a dosing system with a flow meter. The product should applied in a proportion of 15-30 ml/ton of distilled water. The concentration of the product can be increased depending on the quality of water to be treated. In presence of scale deposits the vollume of product should be increased to 30/100 ml/ton of distilled water.

SAFETY

The concentrated product is acidic solution for its handling requires the use of protective clothing such as goggles, gloves and protective suits.
