FEATURES PDF
One of the most important problems for maintenance in the textile and clothing sector is the presence of paraffin on yarns.
This accumulates on the thread guide ceramics and on the tensions, obstructing the passages and blocking the elastic levers for accumulation. It adheres to the surfaces and covers of the microswitches, preventing their cooling.
The paraffin, the fluff and the lubricating oil are kneaded causing the blockage of the frames, the seizure of the needles in the seats, due to the restriction that prevents the sliding, the breaking of the protruding heels on the surfaces of the frontages, caused by the selector in its race.
In this way the lapped and ground surfaces are damaged, the triangles and the cursor movement keys and all the mechanisms contained in it are blocked.
It follows a long and laborious job of disassembling, grinding, lapping and replacing damaged organs.
HOW TO USE
KEMPERSOLV TEX is the specific product for the cleaning and lubrication of all the mechanisms of a textile machine to prevent problems and problems caused by paraffins.
The use of the solvent eliminates all the drawbacks deriving from the formation of paraffin which give rise to breakages with consequent long periods of stoppage of the machinery, to expensive repairs and replacements. Detergence and at the same time lubrication can be obtained by applying the product added with a 10% of oil for textile machines, such as VECTIS TEX.
It is good practice to apply the mixture on the front edges, on the slider wagon and on the wire stretches once a day.
