Kemphos pH + is an alkalinizing product and stabilizing the pH of phosphatant and phosphodegreasing solutions.

Used during preparation of new solutions allows to arrive to the values required for proper phosphate.

Kemphos pH + is used whenever the pH drops excessively, for example as a result of phosphate product additions.

Kemphos pH + doesn’t interfere with the formative and functional equilibrium of the phosphatant, but is useful for the rapid formation of phosphating salts within the solutions.

HOW TO USE

The dosages may be affected by the type of phosphatant used and the concentration of use.
It is recommended to operate in the following ways:

1)  Add the phosphating product

2) Let the solution circulate for about 20 minutes.

3) Check th pH.

4) Start with a low content of Kemphos pH + until the optimum pH value is reached. Be cautious about waiting 15'-20 'after adding Kemphos pH + before checking the pH.

About 0.5 to 1 Kg / m3 of Kemphos pH + lead to a 1 point pH increase.
