Non-silicone, anti-stick product for moulding plastic and rubber. It forms a lubricating film without generating unwanted gumminess phenomena, therefore it does not compromise the performances of the mould, in the long term. Completely inert with regards to metals, it is odourless, it is non-flammable, low toxic, and also anti-rust. The absence of silicone in this formula allows to easily screen-print, glue and weld the moulded components.  The product is ideal for moulding plastic parts. 

DESINT G

The product is available in the special DESINT G version, ideal for moulding any type of rubber.

METHODS OF USE

Prepare the surface by degreasing it using a suitable solvent; prepare a water solution with 10-20% of product (100-200 gr/lt) after carrying out the required tests to determine the optimal concentration.  Spray the solution on the mould at a distance of approx. 35 cm, wetting it completely.  Repeat the application each time is required.

The products, in the normal version for plastic materials and in the “G” version for rubber, are also available in 400 ml spray bottle.

DESINT SPRAYS use PB as propellant that, despite not allowing using the product on flames or incandescent bodies, it renders the spraying consistency extremely thin and micronized, suitable for treating moulds.
