Non-silicone, anti-stick product for moulding plastic and rubber. It forms a lubricating film without generating unwanted gumminess phenomena, therefore it does not compromise the performances of the mould, in the long term. Completely inert with regards to metals, it is odourless, it is non-flammable, low toxic, and also anti-rust. The absence of silicone in this formula allows to easily screen-print, glue and weld the moulded components. The product is ideal for moulding plastic parts.

DESINT SP is a permanent release agent, specific for the molding of rubbers and plastics, based on a self-crosslinking silicone methyl resin able to adhere to the mold, forming a compact and uniform, temperature resistant film on the surface of the latter exercise and able to perform a long lasting action for many hours of work.
After application, the cross-linking film formation can also take place at room temperature, considering however that only a heating of the mold (60 minutes at a temperature between 150 and 180 ° C) allows to fully develop the characteristics of the film such as

KEMPERSIL 42 is a specially formulated to be used for the removal of residues of silicone remaining on the different surfaces during the various stages of application such as sealing and adhesive bonding
The particular nature of the solvent content, blocks the process of 'hardening' silicone 'fresh' thus preventing the hardening thereof; the mechanical removal is thus facilitated.
