FORKAL C has a complete and balanced formula in which there are non volatile active agents, suitable for the treatment of water in a boiler, associated with volatile substances destined for degassing and alkalizing steam and condensate.

FORKAL C, in addition to operating the complete chemical removal of dissolved gases, within the boilers, a sludge conditioning action makes them non-concreted and easy to remove by means of slurries.

FORKAL V is a product based on volatile alkaline substances able to develop a complete degasifying and anticorrosive action on steam lines and relative condensation returns.

The constant use of the product inhibits the formation of corrosive phenomena as it directly neutralizes the acid compounds that develop in the water present in the boiler, guaranteeing maximum protection in all condensation phases.

FORKAL V by virtue of the particular vapor pressure ensures the homogeneous distribution of the contained contents both in the liquid phase and in the vapor phase.

FORKAL ANTISCALANT: For reverse osmosis systems

It is a specific chemical additive to be used as an anti-precipitant in reverse osmosis plants. It allows to prevent the packaging deposit on the membranes of reverse osmosis systems fed with raw water. It has an excellent action on limestone, iron and silica and is therefore effective on different types of water. 

 

FORKAL BOILER: Non-volatile additive for steam boilers

It has a decisive deoxygenating action, canceling or reducing to minimum values the gas content both in the boiler and in the steam and relative return of condensation. It is particularly suitable for all systems where extreme purity of the produced steam is required.

 

FORKAL C: Complete additive for steam boilers

It has a complete and balanced formula containing non-volatile active ingredients suitable for the treatment of water in the boiler, associated with volatile principles for degasification and alkalization of steam and condensation. Exerts inside the boilers of sludge conditioning action, making them non packing and easy removal by purges.

 

FORKAL LIQUID:  Preventors of incrustations liquid

The main function of the product is to prevent the crystallization, and therefore the precipitation of the carbonates, a phenomenon that represents the origin of the calcareous incrustations that are formed in all the plants where hard water circulates. It also has a good anticorrosive action on the plants and a regular use of the product, as well as extending the life of the machinery, allows you to reduce the cost of the descaling treatments. 

 

FORKAL PHOS:  Antiscalant - anticorrosive for sanitary water

 It is a liquid conditioner for sanitary water circuits, therefore suitable, for food use, based on condensed inorganic phosphates.It is characterized by a high effectivenessin preventing fouling and corrosion phenomena in sanitary water systems, along pipes, boilers and exchangersIt can be used in the treatment of both hot and cold sanitarywater.It does not alter the quality of the water. 

 

FORKAL PLUS: Antiscalant - anticorrosive for hot water boilers (max 90 ° C), heating systems and closed cooling circuits

It performs a double function: as well as being a sequester, it is a strong suspensioner. It has an anticorrosive activity that protects surfaces from chemically aggressive waters. The activity of the product isn’t limited exclusively to a preventive action, its active ingredients, in fact, have such an action against the compounds forming the hardness that are able to solubilize any incrustations present.

 

FORKAL TOWER: Additive for cooling water

It is a product capable of developing a preventive action against calcareous deposits in cooling circuits. It is used for the treatment of water in open cooling circuits, both with disposable and recirculating water. The active ingredients of the product have a high stability even at high temperatures, which allows its use in evaporation and condensation systems.

 

FORKAL V: Volatile additive for steam boilers

It is a product based on volatile alkaline substances able to develop a degasifying and anticorrosive action on the steam lines and relative condensation returns. The constant use of the product inhibits the formation of corrosive phenomena as it directly neutralizes the acid compounds that develop in the water present in the boiler, guaranteeing maximum protection in all condensation phases. 

 

FORKAL WT: Additive for the softening of hard water

It is a special additive to add to the water delivery circuits for lowering its hardness. In this way the encrusting power that leads to the formation of calcareous deposits which obstruct the pipes and slow the heat exchange is reduced.

The product is a solution of phosphonates with complexing action against calcium and magnesium carbonates.

FORKAL WT is a special additive to be added to water delivery circuits for lowering its hardness.

This reduces the encrusting power that leads to the formation of limestone deposits that block the pipes and slow the heat exchange.

Its use is for preventive purposes thanks to the sequestering action that the active principle exerts on the calcium, magnesium and iron salts normally present in the waters. The new formed molecular complexes are therefore present in water-soluble form and can lead to the formation of easily flushable powder-like precipitates.

KEMFLOC C and KEMFLOC PCA are complete products with clarifying and flocculating action specific for the treatment of water used careenage basins.
Inserted in suitable chemical-physical plants allow effective sedimentation of the waters coming from the washing of the hulls.
Properly dosed make the quality of the effluent discharged into the sea or reusable for subsequent washing operations or other technical applications.

Coagulant flocculant for water in painting booth.
The product, added to the water of the spray painting booth, acts on the excess sprayed paint (overspray) making it coagulate and preventing it from adhering to the walls, pipes and pump.
It has the function of aggregating the suspended paint particles in the water, which represent the cause of turbidity, and transforms them into a soft mud, easily removable and in any case no longer able to form encrustations. The water keeps perfectly clear, doesn’t decay and allows to prolong the life of the tank considerably.

KEMFLOC: Flocculant polyelectrolyte. It is a synthetic organic polyelectrolyte particularly effective in the dehydration of biological sludge coming from activated sludge plants. It is used in the clarification treatment of waste water and in the thickening and dehydration of sludge with a high organic content.

 

KEMFLOC BNT: Clarifying agent for spray booth water. Specific for plants with external clarification treatment. It is a bentone based product with a strong coagulant action towards both aqueous and solvent based paints. Constantly additives is able to perform its denaturing action even on resins that are difficult to treat.

 

KEMFLOC PC: Clarifying agent for spray booth water. Specific for plants with external clarification treatment. It is a product based on specific polyelectrolytes for the sludge dewatering coming from painting booths properly treated with denaturing agents such as KEMFLOC BNT. It isn’t toxic or corrosive so it doesn’t pose any danger to operators.

 

KEMFLOC C - PCA : Flocculant clarifiers for dry water. They are complete products with clarifying and flocculating action specific for the treatment of water used in dry docks. Properly dosed make the quality of the effluent discharged into the sea or reusable for subsequent washing operations or other operations of a technical nature. KEMFLOC C finds more general use. The KEMFLOC PCA is recommended when the waste has a high organic load and / or when the pH is difficult to stabilize, however never less than 7.5-8.

 

KEMFLOC D: Clarifying coagulant for spray booths. It is particularly effective on the over spray produced by solvent-based paints. Added to the cabin water, it is able to ensure the immediate coagulation of the over spray paint that arrives in the water.

 

KEMFLOC WP: Clarifying coagulant for spray booths. It proves indispensable in cases where the over spray produced consists of water-based paints. Used constantly, it allows to coagulate to bury both the resinous part and the pigments of the paints.

KEMFLOC DOWN PLUS: Sinking flocculant with high charge density. It is a liquid formulation containing a resin with high surface charge density. This means that, once the coagulation process is started, the flocculation process is subsequently activated, leading to the formation of compact flakes, easily filtered or sedimentable. The mud thus produced purges an additional quantity of water over time, reducing its weight. DON’T mix the product as it is directly with others containing active chlorine.

 

KEMFLOC MIX: Flocculant sinking in powder form. It is a flocculating compound able to clarify the turbid waters of any industrial origin. Its active ingredients allow both coagulating and flocculating action to be carried out simultaneously, leading to the formation of a sludge that rapidly decant, remaining always compact even if subjected to continuous agitation in the tank.

 

KEMFLOC SAN SPECIAL: Stabilizing additive - deodorizer for spray booth water. It is an additive with a sanitizing and deodorizing action for water subjected to several operating cycles such as cooling, washing and painting booths. With a broad spectrum of action, it acts on the most significant classes of microorganisms that normally proliferate in containment tanks. The regular use of KEMFLOC SAN SPECIAL therefore allows to prevent the development of putrefactive phenomena as well as to sanitize the entire volume of water (in accordance with D. leg. 81/2008 - Ex. 626/94).

 

KEMFLOC SAN:  Stabilizing additive - deodorizer for spray booth water. It is an additive with a sanitizing and deodorizing action for water subjected to several operating cycles such as cooling and painting booths. Thanks to the presence of "active chlorine", there is the complete elimination of reducing sulphite bacteria that are the cause of the production of bad smells and of the "Legionella pneumophila" responsible for some forms of pneumonia of the painters.

 

KEMFLOC SPECIAL: Additive for painting booths. Coagulant flocculant for water in painting booth. It has the function of aggregating the suspended paint particles in the water, which represent the cause of turbidity, and transforms them into a soft mud, easily removable and in any case no longer able to form encrustations. KEMFLOC UP: Additive for painting booths. Liquid product, with the function of deactivating and coagulating the varnishes that are dispersed in the water of the spray booths. The product is active against any type of paint and solvent: epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane, synthetic, polyester and others. It deactivates the gripping power of the paint dispersed in the water and therefore prevents it from sticking to the walls or the bottom.

 

KEMFLOC DOWN: Additive for painting booths. Inorganic flocculant to be used as a liquid additive in the spray booth to clear and purify the water. The product has the function of attacking the paint particles suspended in the water and turning them into soft mud that precipitates on the bottom of the tank.

KEMFLOC BNT is a product containing bentone, boasting remarkable coagulating properties with regards to water and solvent-based paints. The product, which is constantly addittivated is able to carry out its denaturing action also on resins which are difficult to treat.

KEMFLOC BNT is non toxic, non corrosive, therefore it is completely safe for operators. It maintains the water clean and clear. 

KEMFLOC BNT forms a non-sticky sludge which is easily removed, especially if combined to KEMFLOC PC in sedimentation and flotation treatments.

KEMFLOC D is particularly effective on the overspray produced by:

Solvent-based paints

Added to paint booth waters, it is able to coagulate over spray paint that reaches the water. By interacting with the paint, it transforms it into a scarcely hydrated mud which is easy to remove since non-clogging. The regular use of the product prevents paint to deposit, clog the internal circuits and dirty the walls of the paint booth. Therefore, it allows saving on management costs since the system can operate independently for long periods of time, and it also allows saving on disposal costs since it is able to extend the frequencies between drainages. 

KEMFLOC D can be analytically dosed using a simple and effective test kit (TITRAKIT A0003970). This kit allows monitoring the concentration constantly, avoiding waste or anyhow ineffective low doses.

PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION FIELD

 

KEMFLOC is used in clarification treatments of wastewater and to thicken and dehydrate sludge with high organic content.

KEMFLOC MIX is a compound with flocculating action able to clarify turbid waters from any industrial process. Its active principles perform a coagulating and flocculating action at the same time, creating a muddy substance that quickly decants but always remains compact, even if constantly shaken inside the tank. Moreover, this compactness facilitates filtering with the consequent purge of water from the separated mud. 

KEMFLOC MIX treatment is particularly indicated for recycling systems provided that filtering is carried out on a regular basis in order to prevent clogging and blocking the pump. The product is particularly suitable for the clarification treatment of paint booth waters boasting a high content of over spray from solvent-based paints.  The clarification treatment is effective up to a maximum limit of over spray of 35%; higher values hinder the decanting process.

KEMFLOC SAN SPECIAL is an additive with sanitizing and deodorizing action for waters subject to various operational cycles like cooling, washing and paint booth waters. The product boasts a wide operating range and acts on the main types of micro-organisms that generally proliferate in storage tanks.

The product is active against any type of solvent-based paint: epoxy, acrylic, polyurethane, synthetic. polyester and others.
The KEMFLOC UP deactivates the gripping power of the paint dispersed in the water and therefore prevents it from sticking to the walls or the bottom.
The action of the product, moreover, transforms the dispersed particles of paint into lumps that float on the water and therefore easily removable by filtering or brushing.

Kemfloc WP is a complex formulation suitable for the treatment of water inserted in the spray booth.
The particular activity of which Kemfloc WP is equipped makes it indispensable in those situations where the over spray produced consists wholly or mostly of water-based paints.

Kemfloc WP, used constantly, allows to coagulate and sink both the resinous part and the pigments of the paints.
Without this action, serious problems can arise such as clogging of pumps and pipes of recycling circuits and loss of brightness in work areas.

Kemfloc WP produces a sludge that collects on the bottom of the tank to keep the smallest possible volume while retaining a consistency that makes it easily removable, in this way the management costs of the plants are rationalized.
